Job Description

Areas   of   Responsibility   /   Tasks

Expand and further develop comprehensive, sustainable customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization (especially from working level to middle management)

Identify and track business opportunities with the customer as well as create and update account plans

Define targeted opportunities, coordinate and leverage tech competence from business divisions to perform acquisition process

Follow up and analyze won / lost orders and the competitor situation

Take care of assigned core customers for both directly business related and indirectly business-related issues

Techniques (Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge)

Familiar with ITS industry and technologies

Proven sales achievement during the past career

Rich customer / client resources, especially in traffic management related clients

Being familiar with ITS project process with capability of project operation

Good communication skill, international company experience is preferred

Good customer relationship within ITS field
