  • Purchase order creation/revision in SAP & OneSRM
  • Purchase request handling Invoice clarification PO delivery monitoring
  • Ensure that timely communication with all internal team and local buyer
  • Perform Goods Receipt transactions based up customers' requirement.
  • Communicate with internal interfaces for GR cased tracking
  • SAP system transactions input and report running
  • Contact with external vendors for invoices relevant issues
  • Support suppliers completely fulfill various requirement of Siemens procurement.
  • Record and follow up in each service tracking tool
  • Familiar with company procurement tools
  • Customer satisfaction evaluation follow up

  • Bachelor degree or above, knowledge and Interest in procurement operating, or accounting,  graduate in 2022
  • Be responsible and customer oriented, have ownership mindset
  • High working efficiency and able to work under pressure during peak season
  • Fluent Chinese and English in Reading & Writing, good communication skills
  • Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel, SAP operating experience
