Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as an Experienced Quality Professional at one of our global distribution centers of Siemens Healthineers in-vitro diagnostics business. As an Experienced Quality Professional, you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the supply chain to ensure that internally manufactured products reach the customer as designed. The Siemens Healthineers supply chain supports the manufacturing, storage, and transportation of sensitive medical device consumables. These consumables are distributed to domestic customers or our global network of country warehouses and distribution centers. Siemens Healthineers does not compromise quality; therefore, we are looking for additional team members.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career. As an Experienced Quality Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Appling requirements from the ISO 13485, FDA 820 standards, and Good Distribution Practices
  • Leading internal and external supplier audits
  • Creating and maintaining procedures related to operational and quality processes
  • during root cause investigation activities
  • Being a subject matter expert on the quality management system

  • You have work preferences of structure, organization, and formality with a high focus on accuracy
  • You have robust quality management system knowledge spanning the FDA 820 Regulations, ISO 13485:2016, and Good Distribution Practices
  • You have high-level knowledge of medical device logistics
  • You have a strong comfort level providing effective verbal and written communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • You enjoy professionally facilitating cross-functional collaboration and cooperation
  • Managing several complex tasks with limited oversight energizes you
  • You possess a vigorous learning curiosity
  • You must be able to work independently and be self motivated
  • You are willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • 5 +  years of professional experience
