Looking for Siemens ambassadors.

Therefore we need Ambassadors for new ideas, talented storytellers, and passionate captivators in marketing and sales who make our customer relationships strong. We’ll open up endless possibilities for you to do just that; make the important things a reality!

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

1. Support all BU sales team to fulfill targets;

支持各BU销售团队完成销售目标;

2. Initiating business in alignment with sales, early involvement in planning phase of customer, providing support to target customers to increase our efficiency in sales activities and probability of an order placement (increased hit-rate);

与销售协同开展业务,早期参与客户计划阶段,为目标客户提供支持,以提高销售活动的效率和订单的概率(提高命中率);

3. Fast and flexible response to target customers for questions related to TIP portfolio;

快速灵活地回应目标客户有关TIP组合的问题;

4. Gaining, sharing and updating of project information;

项目信息的获取、共享和更新;

5. Organization of regular project round tables, alignment with all relevant Siemens organizational units in regular project meetings;

定期组织项目圆桌会议,在项目例会上与所有相关西门子组织单位保持一致;

6. Analyses of market trends, market requirements and competitors;

分析市场趋势、市场需求和竞争对手;

7. Support and Knowledge transfer on TIP portfolio and application / solution know-how with our target groups (Energy distribution concept / branch concepts, Budget definition, Network planning, dimensioning and calculation, Specifications).

8. Become nominated verticals' solution and application experts.

成为定义行业的解决方案及应用专家。

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

1. min 3-5 years profound professional sales experience / network planning experience in project business;

3-5年以上专业销售经验/项目业务网络规划经验;

2. Experience in conception, planning and dimensioning of electrial networks related to Low / Medium / High Voltage;

具有低/中/高电压相关电网的概念、规划和尺寸划分的经验;

3. Experience in preparation of tender specifications;

有编制投标规范的经验;

4. Low / Medium / High Voltage knowledge;

低/中/高电压知识;

5. Building Technology, Energy Automation knowledge;

建筑技术、能源自动化知识;

6. Product and system knowledge;

产品和系统知识;

7. Basic project management knowledge;

具备基本的项目管理知识;

8. Ability to generate networks and customer relationships;

建立网络和客户关系的能力;

9. Willingness to perform under pressure and fulfill OI and hit-rate targets;

能在压力下工作,完成OI和命中率目标;

10. Siemens policy and culture knowledge;

11. Sales & Negotiation skills;
