Perform all commercial tasks with high quality in a sales territory, and support sales managers and sales teams as commercial partner to fulfill sales target in a reasonable, legitimate, compliable way, by ensuring efficient order to cash process and customer satisfaction.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Responsible for sales commercial management and partially order management in the responsible territory.
2. Comply with defined order management policies, and drive end-to-end process efficiency by continuously improving OM automation and digitalization
3. Assure work quality in compliant with company and accounting guideline of order booking, cash/assets/risk management, etc.
4. Lead contract T&C evaluation & negotiation, support in bidding process, prepare documents such as commercial deviation, bidding bond etc.
5. Communicate with sales managers in daily work and provide commercial management support including sales commercial and controlling topics as a commercial partner
6. Join regular business meeting in the territory/offices or customer meetings if necessary
7. Actively involved in the area related to daily cost controlling, productivity improvement, forecast, etc. together with sales managers in the territory and regional central controlling
8. Any other commercial management activities required in daily work in the responsible area or tasks assigned by management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. With a minimum of 5 years of sales commercial and customer order management experience within foreign investment company, including at least 1 year of senior commercial officer experience or team leader role. It will be an advantage with controlling experience too.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major of finance/law/trade/accounting is preferred.
3. Good knowledge in order processing /contract negotiation/finance.
4. Experience of using SAP SD module is preferred.
5. Fluent in written and oral English.
6. Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tool, excel, power point, access etc.
7. Good communication skills with internal / external parties.
8. Customer focus, be result and quality orientation.
9. With good change management skills and learning capability to meet the fast business development.
10. Flexibility for some traveling according to the company arrangement.
