We are looking for a software engineer for patient remote monitoring system.

Responsibility:
You design and implement systems in the realm of clinical workflows. You will be creating user interfaces which will be used by clinicians and enhance the related backends systems, incl. their interfaces and data models. You will work with your stakeholders in rapid development sprints, incl. mock-ups and prototyping of future user experiences and integration interfaces.

Required:
  • HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Angular)
  • Python in the context of Web Frameworks (Django framework)
  • Integration testing
  • Use of existing RESTful APIs and Python APIs
  • Relational databases (preferably Postgres SQL)
  • Design and implementation of remote APIs (e.g. REST)
  • IDEs and tooling (e.g. Visual Studio Code, graphics tools, GIT)
  • Azure cloud environment, incl. Linux-based resources
  • Agile development methods, Continuous Integration
  • English spoken and written
  • Willingness for occasional travel within Europe

Nice to have or willingness to learn:
  • Clinical standards (FHIR, HL7, IHE, CDA, Smart-on-FHIR, OpenEHR)
  • UX design work, incl. mock-ups, rapid prototyping
  • Automated UI testing, e.g. through Selenium or PhantomJS
  • Azure cloud environment
  • Linux-based environments
  • Basic medical knowledge (e.g. clinical workplaces)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
