Then come and join our global team as Clinical Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/d) to help shaping the future of Siemens Healthineers with your expertise in the Regulatory field.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will provide professional advice to and support internal departments, such as Product Management, (Clinical) Marketing, with regards to implementation and fulfillment of global requirements (laws, guidelines) for clinical evaluations of medical devices with a focus on the European Union, USA and China by

  • Analyzing the global requirements for clinical evaluations, and creating and maintaining work instructions for the implementation of the necessary activities
  • Establishing Clinical Lifecycle Management process, especially according to EU MDR and NMPA Clinical Evaluation Guidance.
  • Providing professional advice on clinical evaluation strategy and supporting the claims and claim management process for medical devices in their clinical environment from a regulatory and evidence perspective
  • Supporting the creation of clinical evaluation reports for EU and China ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and timely provision to authorities

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in medicine, biology or a comparable field of study with relevant knowledge of imaging procedures (e.g., radiography, fluoroscopy) and clinical interventional procedures
  • You have several years of professional experience in a clinical regulatory affairs function or in a comparable position in the medical device industry
  • Relevant knowledge and practical experience in clinical lifecycle management as well as clinical evaluations in the European Union, USA, and China
  • Very good knowledge of regulations and laws on clinical activities, e.g., EU MDR


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have excellent German and English language skills
  • You demonstrate a basic understanding of clinical research methods, including clinical investigation/study development, study development, biostatistics, information management
