SHL HR Sr. L&D Consultant (Shanghai)

Job Description

Develops and implements learning programs, courses, methods and processes. Advises managers, employees and HRBP accordingly to learning programs and provide consultation to business on overall learning solution and customized workshop. 

Responsibilities
Learning Full Cycle Management:
  • Design, develops learning landscape according to business learning & development needs
  • In charge of learning portfolios  full cycle management, in terms of learning nomination, training calendar full cycle, and supervise the learning operation team for the learning implementation and
  • Responsible for learning data analysis and regular reporting
  • Track learning effectiveness and improve learning efficiency   
  • Be in charge of learning platform management as well as learning marketing/promotion
Consultation for Business
  • Collect and analyze business needs on learning development
  • Design learning course/workshop based on business needs in the format of formal learning/blended learning
  • Key contact window for R&D centers and manufacturing sites in Zone China
Lead L&D Projects
  • Take lead of L&D projects
  • Instruct other team members to accomplish projects with high quality

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of working experience, 3+ years of learning related experiences such as course design and deliver, learning management and etc
  • Knowledges and working experiences of digital learning, user experience as well as product marketing is a plus.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
