We are looking for a highly motivated junior software engineer to work in the RET team in the Calibre business unit. You will be responsible for designing and developing internal algorithms used in the Calibre product for Optical Proximity Correction (OPC). The OPC software optimizes photomasks so that they create a good image for photolithography processes. You will team up with a senior group of software engineers and contribute to enhancements which enable the latest generation of semiconductors to be manufactured. 
  • Previous experience in EDA is a plus, but not required. 
  • GPU /HPC is a plus.
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent programming skills in C and C++ on UNIX and/or LINUX platforms.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate closely with other members of the team and develop critical components consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Must be willing to learn.
