You will accompany our customers on their journey to increase efficiency and reach their business targets you will be part of a global team, and create/ensure long-term customer loyalty and maximize account penetration for the complete Siemens AG.
  • You develop customer and industry specific strategies  (account development plans, acquisition slides, country concepts, business plans, etc.) and implement them with the Corporate Account Manager and the global account team, business units and sales organization
  • You will be responsible for the collection, analysis and communication of industry- and account-specific information/market data (company profiles, investment plans, projects/opportunities, contacts, installations, etc.)
  • You will also identify requirements and trends in the automotive industry and use them to define requirements for our product and system business in cooperation with the business units
  • In addition, you initiate and coordinate the development of integrated automation and digitization concepts as well as presentations to customers, organize global events and workshops for automotive customers, carry these out and coordinate projects across divisions 
  • Furthermore, you generate references/success stories, foster a continuous improvement process, ensure the quality and completeness of account and country reporting, define and coordinate customer measures and control the related budget 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis for your success is a technical master's or bachelor´s degree 
  • You score with multiple years’ experience in automation field or with PLM software 
  • You have knowledge in the automotive market and market development as well as in automotive applications and workflows
  • Further knowledge distinguishes you in electrification systems and standardization and digitization concepts (IT/PLM/MES/MOM)
  • In addition you also have a good command of presentation and moderation techniques and are familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • You are fluent in German and English and have already gained experience working in an international environment
  • You have analytical skills, strategic thinking, customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
