Job Description

Siemens Spa Algeria is hiring for the Digital Industries sales organisation an experienced Sales representative for O&G and Petrochemical industry.

 

Job description :  

• Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.

• Schedule and attend sales meetings with customers. 

• Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with customer and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.

• Follow up and support Bid department in the preparation of the technical and commercial offers.

• Understand & analyzing demand & trends of automation market and implementing the most profitable strategy in line with maximizing the sales growth.

• Proactively find opportunities based on Development of customer relationship and trust in the market.

• Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers.

• Monitor, respond and bring up customer feedback/complaints/issues as appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring timely offering as per the customer requirement in the market.

• Contributing and implementing a strategic marketing, sales plans , forecasts pipeline for solution automation projects.


Job Requirements

• Education in automation / Electrical engineering.

• More than 05 years’ experience in sales O&G position (process automation).

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Arabic, French & English). 

• Excellent presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel 60 % of the time.

• A strong understanding of the sales process.

• High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

• Strong ability to assimilate, organize, prioritize and manage information related to customer requirements.

• Strong Ability to create value to customers, create strong, long business relation and customer needs.

• Strong risk and financial analysis skills.

• Customer and result oriented.

• Strong level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others
