Information Security Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an Information Security coordinator who will work closely with and assist the Information Security manager to implement information security activities across all units of the organization. 

Key responsibilities are:
1. Vulnerability management
2. Incident management
3. Information security trainings
4. Infosec Exception management
5. Information security audit management (Internal/External)
6. Information security report preparation
7. Driving Asset Classification and protection & risk management process
8. Participation in Information security review meetings with top management
9. Information security procedure management & metrics collection
10. Asset loss or damage management

This role interfaces with various stakeholders like Business / Unit nominated Information Security Single Point of Contacts (ISC SPoC), Information Security Coordinators (ISCs), Business Unit and central IT Managers for executing the above responsibilities at the organization level.

Required Experience and Knowledge:
• 8+ years of experience in managing and driving Information Security Management.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 27001:2013 standards. Highly recommended to have completed Lead Auditor certification in 27001:2013 standard 
• Past working experience in
        o conducting internal and external Information Security Audits
        o conducting information security trainings
        o Vulnerability management, incident management, infosec exception handling.
        o monitoring implementation for Asset Classification & Protection concept
        o Information Security Risk Management 
        o Knowledge of network security topics
        o preparation of Information security reports using various security tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates clear and measurable results
• Drives innovation and best practices in the area of Information Security
• Strive for standardization and simplification in all aspects of work
• Able to balance the needs of the business against the desire for the best solution possible
