We are currently looking for Order Management Customer Services Support Operator to join our international order management process. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and taking part in shaping of a customer service model for the Europe region.

- Responsible for processing AR Customer payments in the ERP system
- Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associate with payment processing
- Ensure all process procedures are adhered while processing the AR payments into the ERP
- Work closely with collectors/Front Office to drive towards solutions
- Provide training to new joiners & resolving queries in timely manner
- Responsible for providing data to team leader in the absence of Process expert
- Suggest & drive improvement projects within the process
- Should have knowledge on accounting
- Someone having strong understanding of AR processes End to End

· Proficiency in presentation skills & facilitation skills advanc.
· Minimum 2 -4 years of accounting experience.
· Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Access advanc.
· Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills. Expert
