- You need to keep the application up and running and correct certain issues that might occur
- Work in an international team, participate in both local and global analysis and implementation set-up
- Work with a ticket system
- Error analysis within a web application
- Communication with application users and development/support units
- Monitoring of web applications
- Maintenance and usage of a knowledge database
- Response to application breakdowns, troubleshooting and failure documentation.
- Experience in IT support, using a ticketing system
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML and Excel
- Very good analytical cognitive abilities
- Experience in creating PowerShell scripts
- High degree of customer orientation and service readiness
- English skills (mandatory), German (advantage but not mandatory)
- Processing of error messages regarding supply route as well as handling incidents and participation in the ticket processes
- Perl and GitHub Know-How is considered a plus.
