- Coordination, writing, mailing and distribution of the superior’s entire correspondence in compliance with the superior
- Handling and coordination of all incoming phone calls
- Creation of power point presentations
- Office organization, monitoring of actual topics of direct superior / team
- Organization / coordination of meeting schedule of superior
- Organization of meetings and events; preparation of necessary documents
- Travel organization, reservation of hotels, flights; creation of travel expense report
- Handling of visitors / business partners
- Generation of Reports
- Handling of confidential information
- At least 3-5 years of secretarial experience
- Experience in Administration Skills
- Good with Business Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Possess good Organizing and Scheduling Skills
- Experienced in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Follow Data Security and confidentiality guidelines
- Good interpersonal skills
