Job Description

Responsibilities

-Business: Distributor sales target setting, Monthly FC and regular business review; Support distributor to develop customer and project pursuit; Distributor product technical support and quotation; Project authorization application; Push distributor to achieve sales target.
- Technical support for distributor order: Register distributor project opportunities in CRM and regularly update information in the system; ISPR application; Finish the relevant paperwork for O.R. (Cover page, Purchase Order, DAMEX-E, etc.); Track the workflow of O.R.
- Activities relative with BA: Communication for O.R. (wrong MLFB, updated version and so on) with BA.
- Coordinate project conflicts with distributor.
- Communication bridge between distributor and Siemens.

Essential Request: 
- Bachelor degree or above;
-Good command of both written and spoken English;
-Good skill of communication;
-Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PPT, word, IE, etc.);
-Be familiar with channel business management.

1.业务部分:分销商年度目标制定,月度预测以及定期回顾业务完成情况;协助分销商开发客户及项目跟踪;分销商产品技术支持和报价;分销商项目授权申请;推动分销商完成销售目标
2.分销商订单技术支持: 在CRM中注册分销商项目机会,定期更新系统中的相关信息;ISPR特价申请;完成订单相关工作(Cover page, Purchase Order, DAMEX-E等);订单后期的工作流跟踪
3.与商务沟通相关工作:与分销商商务以及西门子商务沟通订单相关的问题
4.协调与分销商相关的项目冲突
5.分销商与西门子公司之间的沟通桥梁

任职要求:
1.全日制本科及以上学历;
2.具备优秀的英语听说读写能力;
3.有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力;
4.熟练掌握英文办公软件(Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, IE等);
5.熟悉渠道管理的相关业务。
