Mission of Function

SPLM is responsible for defining service concept and repair strategy for the return goods during the defined PLM phase. As a member of PLM team the SPLM act as an interface in the complete product life cycle for SNC, SLC MC BU, SFAE CS and HQ CS organisation.

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks

Drive definition and maintain for service requirement, service concept, including service KPI, repair strategy...

Identify and maintain spare/repair parts and its price.

Deployment of SDS China and RoW.

Provide information on new products to hotline, repair management, repair center, service provider…

Publish service information and Quality feedbacks like FAQ or Q-Feedback.

Trigger CS SD GFR to start Decentralized Repair center after ELFF phase.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education - Bachelor degree or above, major of automation control or related etc.

3+ years working experience at related area.

Good English skills.

Good organization and coordination skills.

Good Communication Skills.
