What are my responsibilities?

Be adapted to working in the field of SCM, learn and fully understand intelligent SCM technical requirements, will be data driven, be familiar with advanced technologies (cloud, data analytics, AI, software, or platforms) to be integrated with business and technology to support BE department make excellent E2E solutions for EP China business, cooperate with relevant force to implement the strategy and achieve business target and sustainable growth.

1.Responsible for technology applications choosing and usage for E2E SCM, including Control Tower, Software, platforms, and so on.  Also be responsible for training users and setup competence buildup mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of EP China BU power users’ E2E technical capability.

2.Responsible for EP China SCM relevant master data maintenance and clearing, and support BE NPI team in new product SCM process implementation.

3.Responsible for E2E relevant BI reports development, maintenance, and optimization.

4.Responsible for data analytics to support E2E solution analysis. Be capable to create algorithms and modeling, use AI and data analytics applications to make E2E scenarios simulation. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.> 3 years data analytics experience, some integration knowledge with ERP, CRM, SCM, SRM, and digitalization, would be a plus

2.Have good experience in project management

3.Have rich experience to develop BI reports, like Qlicksense, Tableau, …

4.Have good experience in data analytics, and its applications, like Python, Knime, …

5.Have solid knowledge of Statistics, Algorithm, Modeling, Data analytics methodologies, and Operational Research

6.Good communication skill

7.Good English (Reading and writing and speaking)

8.Bachelor or above education degree

9.Highly self-motivated and diligent

10.Keep learning and be used to working within a collaborative environment.
