Due to growth and focus in the clean energy space, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales/BDM to join the Siemens Smart Infrastructure team. Based in our Sydney, NSW office, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an area of the Siemens business that has enormous market potential.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Smart Infrastructure the Sales Professional will be required to drive orders covering the Wind and Solar renewable energy and the fast-growing EV markets. You will manage Siemens relationship with a number of renewable customers in NSW and across Australia. This will involve working closely with the key stakeholder both externally and internally, in order to secure both Product and Solutions sales. This role will require an individual who can demonstrate a strategic methodology to project pursuits. In this role you will be required to develop and present to the business the bid/no bid and pursuit strategies covering win plans and commercial/contract negotiations.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need the following:

• Experience as a Sales Executive and  Business Development in the Medium and High Voltage space.
• An understanding of the Energy Management and Renewable Energy Markets
• Experience in managing both product and solution/system based sales cycles
• The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship development skills
• The desire to work and succeed in a team that has a high performing culture, and be prepared to go the “extra mile” to meet customer needs
