In this position you will be working directly with the Head of NAM DX and NAM DX Leadership Team. Responsible for facilitating, tracking, and reporting on progress towards organizational objectives and providing methodological support and executive/ customer presentations to different strategic work streams driven by senior management.  This position requires a strong PM who collaborates well with executives, has strong execution skills and the ability to create executive level strategic presentations. 

Manages and executes on complex projects and programs, including acting as functional or business practice resource on projects/programs. Performs active role in maintaining internal and external relationships.  Independently performs full range of standard work for the organization. Identifies and resolves complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with situations, while escalating appropriately.

This is an individual contributor role.


Responsibilities include:

·       Project Management of operational initiatives and projects, including designing and directing programs tied to NAM DX strategic objectives and subsequent KPIs.

·       Creating and Maintaining project management templates (Gantt charts, Status sheets, Hoshin Kanri tool, etc.) to ensure project goals are delivered on time

·       Monitoring and reporting on progress towards NAM DX Objectives and agreed upon deadlines

·       Preparing operational and executive-level reports and presentations for management, including Commercial Business Reviews, LD Management Team, 10point plan reviews, internal and customer presentations (e.g., organization KPI’s, defining trends, analysis, reporting, etc) This will include the drafting of speaker notes and other correspondence.

·       Facilitating cross work-stream projects and deliverables.

·       Serving as NAM DX’s primary liaison to key internal stakeholder.

·       Acting as a “chief of staff” for head of NAM DX; working closely with the head of NAM DX to anticipate needs and keeping her well informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities.


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

·       8-10 years’ experience working in a Finance/Sales/Marketing Strategy/Project management/ role

·       BS/BA in related discipline, MBA, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       Experience running large projects, and designing and directing programs

·       High level of collaboration and strong execution skills are required

·       Experience working with Gantt charts, Status sheets, Hoshin Kanri and/or similar tools

·       Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel.


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·       Experience supporting a Healthcare Sales & Service organization

·       Knowledge of the medical industry, laboratory diagnostics business in particular a plus

·       Experience working with executive leadership teams

The office position will be based in Tarrytown, NY.  Some travel is required (estimated 10 %).
