What you will be doing:
Analyze supplier invoices and purchase orders to resolve discrepancies.
Contribute to the cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.
Performs "trouble shooting", by applying background understanding of processes or incidents in order to analyze and resolve operational problems with given procedures
Assist in the resolution of problems with receiving, accounting, and inspection departments
What you will need to be successful:
2 years experience in a procurement, supply chain, or purchasing role ins an administrative capacity
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in data analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting experience and strategic planning
Ability to prepare and format management reports
Experience pulling data from a variety of sources and systems
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to high quality work
We would be impressed if you had:
High level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with MRP systems
Knowledge and understanding of supply 2hain concepts and applications
Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain , Procurement
