Join our team as “European Regional PCB Lead Consultant (m/f/d)” anywhere remotely in Germany or any other country in Europe.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and will develop design methodologies to exploit and expand use of Mentor Graphics Xpedition products. You will need strong communication skills consulting and presenting to customers to articulate how the Mentor Graphics Xpedition tool suite will help them to maximize the performance of the leading edge technologies in their designs. You will need to point out gaps in the customers design flow, and articulate what is possible to increase the customer’s design capability while driving efficiencies in their development flow to meet their Time-To-Market (TTM) goals with high quality. You must have experience in design and data management, ability to understand and IT architectures to develop the overall methodology and PCB design flow.

You will require a strong business acumen, with experience in business development. You will have a strong involvement with the account managers starting with involvement in pre-sales, through contract approval, and continual engagement through delivery, acceptance, and looking for future opportunities.

You will be responsible for all engagements across the region to ensure engagements are well scoped, with well-defined deliverables, and acceptance criteria. This will also involve identifying resources and managing the resources throughout the engagement working with the assigned project managers of the region’s engagements.

Your qualifications - validated and adequate

Technical Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in HW development.
  • Strong knowledge in Xpedition, EDM design & library methodology, tools, and design flow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics Xpedition tools.
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS degree with strong engineering background. MS Preferred.
