What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

We are hiring a financial analyst that will be part of the RSS RAM team that will help the organization win and grow.  This person will be responsible for providing transparency and expertise to our growth initiatives including but not limited to developing tools and handling issues that allow management to make the necessary decisions on where to invest.  This individual will also learn new and innovate tools that will allow the organization to take the next step in growing the business.  Ideally positions resides in Chicago or Atlanta area, however flexible on location depending on fit to the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transparency to growth initiatives
  • Resolve issues related to business that don’t allow for accurate reporting
  • Support teams when modeling is required to decide if to invest or not
  • Understand and provide guidance on new ways to bring clarity to the team (Qlick Sense, Tableau, etc)
  • Support Cost Controlling Functions as month end activities require
  • Initiate and develop program tracking programs to insure targets are being met.


Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a high paced business environment providing data and transparency to the business.
  • Microsoft Office Expert (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)  Knowledge of data tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus.
  • Max 5% travel required
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
