Great opportunity to participate in the most challenged Saudi-Spanish Project. Siemens, as member of the Al Shoula Consortium is responsible for the execution and maintenance of the Signaling systems along 450 Km in a challenging environment. Maintenance Site Managers are key persons to ensure the Key Performance Indicators accomplishment, according to the works schedule and continuously proposing project improvements.
Several maintenance centers are located along the line, each of it composed by a 24h available technical team. This team is under the supervision and coordination of the Site Manager, and it is responsible to ensure maintenance KPI's accomplishment and corrective and preventive works are properly performed in his site influence area. Always in closed coordination with rest of stakeholders, rest of maintenance site managers, and the Project Manager. Incidences attendance and reparation times, operational availability of the systems, Preventive accomplishment and incidences reduction and mitigation are part of the KPIs to be compliance. Warehouse management (spare parts and tools), reparations and supplies are also part of the daily job to ensure fully availability and low degradation of the assets at his area of influence.
It is commom practise that the Site Manager needs to coordinate the works within the different Siemens teams and with stakeholders, attending consortium and client meetings.
The position requires periodical attendance to the track works for inspection and supervision.
To be Determined within the Makkah-Madinah High Speed Railway. Candidates need to be ready to be assigned to permanent working locations which are located 1h driving from from KAEC or from Madinah aprox.
Skills: Team building, as part of team management, planning, work under pressure, communication skills, client and results orientation are key skills to ensure the success of the project.
A- Industrial/Telecommunication Engineering
B- Iqama or Saudi Nationality.
C- Fluent English and Arabic language.
1- Previous experience in Signalling (Control Traffic Centers, Interlocking, Axle Counters, Track Circuits, ETCS L2, Signals, Technical Buildings…)
2- Previous Experience in Makkah-Madinah HSR Project.
3- Electrical and/or electronical and/or IT knowledge
4- Spanish language
Type of contract: Permanent.
A Car, laptop and Mobile phone will be facilitate to the new employee as company tools to facilitate the works.
The candidate should demostrate the compliance with the required requisites.
