Then come in and join our global team as a Contract Manager (2 years contract) to collaborate with cross functional departments and to ensure end to end contract management including timely review, drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts, maintaining contractual records and establishing procedures for anyone involved in the contract process to increase efficiency
Your mission and responsibilities:
You will review, draft and negotiate various commercial and procurement contracts
You analyzes all risk and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and internal company policies and procedures
You create and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
You serve as the key point of contact between the business and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any agreements
You prioritize and escalate non-standard or complex challenges proposed by customer or the vendor to stakeholders where necessary or in the case of deviation of internal risk mitigation directives.
You communicate and present information and / or risk to stakeholders regarding contracts
You will be involved to prepare responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations
You ensures that business goals are accomplished by contract implementation
You establish and maintain sound contract management procedures and policies by setting up templates and reducing manual tasks
You maintain a contract archive which includes complete contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects

Your qualifications and experiences:
Prior work experience in a contract management role, with a focus on transactional review ideally in the commercial healthcare sector.
Solid understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language and the contract lifecycle
Effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal and judgement skills
Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised and flexible with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A bachelor’s degree in business, law or equivalent preferred
Your personality and skills:
You possess good analytical and drafting skills, organized and committed deadlines
You possess strong negotiation skills and experience, with keen ability to evaluate all legal implications with a focus on solutions and results
You have a robust personality with high levels of energy and drive
You are self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
You are adaptable and commercially minded team player with a collegial personality
You possess professional ethics and high level of integrity
You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high level of proficiency in verbal and written English
