To enlighten even more customers with our smart Mendix app templates, we’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As one of our Recruiters you make us famous among our target audience; IT, Business and Computer science graduates. TimeSeries is their brand of choice when it comes to employers.
To achieve this goal, you search for talented people. The market for IT professionals is scarce and therefore, you need to be creative in order to drag the right candidates into a conversation. Once you are at the interview stage, you assess if it’s the right match and make the recruitment process run as smoothly as possible. You manage the expectations of the candidate along the way, deliver a great candidate experience and seal the deal in the end!
Next to this, you are also collaborating closely with student associations, frequently creating content and organizing and attending events. All to get potential colleagues excited about TimeSeries and get them moving!
Once you are at the interview stage, you assess if it’s the right match and make the recruitment process run as smoothly as possible, manage the expectations of the candidate along the way, deliver a great candidate experience and seal the deal in the end!
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree
- Preferably a bachelor or master related to commerce or communications.
- Great networking skills
- You like to go out and meet new people and you’re able to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.
- You are at your best in a competitive market
- Strong competition doesn’t hold you back from success, it only keeps you focused and more determined to win!
- You speak German and English
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment
- It’s not necessary to have years of experience. Skills and drive are more important to us.
