Project Manager of People Enablement and Growth Asia and Australia will be the lead to innovate Siemens HR internal learning event development and implement the organization's HR related communication strategy, so that the latest learning and growth resources of Siemens can be effectively delivered to all the employees so they can find, receive, and understand information that is timely, accurate, clear, credible and relevant.
What will you do if join us?
Develop the concept, key messages, event planning and roadmap for PEG and HR communication, e.g. Learning Day
Interface to Corp. communication to align the overall communication roadmap and gain synergy
Execute implementation via effective channels, e.g. workshops, Internet / Intranet, Wechat, newsletters, press release, brochures, presentations, etc.
Present in internal HR communication activities, e.g. community events, forums, workshops, projects
Strengthen communication between global and local PEG teams to increase visibility and transparency
Cooperate with Employer Branding and coordinate within HR community and provide recommendations on information flow mechanisms and media formats for ongoing employee communications
Build connections with internal / external stakeholders and ecosystem partners to effectively leverage different resources"
Who are we looking for?
More than 6 years’ experience in marketing, employer branding, advertisement, press, social media, or equivalent combination
Experienced in intelligent manufacturing, digital company event organization
Professional in event/branding campaign and project management, e.g. timeline management, plan development, close monitoring; have success cases from planning to executing for branding / marketing events
Experience in multi-national company is a plus.
University degree, Master degree is preferred
