Your new role – challenging and future-oriented.

1.Lead and develop QM team in WA (Wiring Accessory) and Smart Home products/system to ensure the quality in process; act as partner of business


2.To ensure the effective QMS (quality management system) and get the certification (Such as CCC) according to the regional market requirements.

3.To ensure new products launched with Siemens PLM process (FMEA, APQP, PPAP,Q-Gate)

确保上市的新产品通过西门子PLM流程 (FMEA, APQP, PPAP,Q-Gate)

4.Set yearly quality targets to continuously improve the quality management level in line with WA+ Smart Home business Management team and suppliers.


5.Lead and monitor team performance and submit regular quality performance report in monthly quality meeting and management meeting. And review weekly for quality issues follow-up and quality risk identification.


6.Responsible for QM people development for identifying, analyzing and solving quality issues in time.


7.Create a learning and sharing environment in QM department. Identify the training needs of quality staff and then implement the trainings to improve the know-how and competence of quality staff.


8.Become the key member of implementing new projects and new business.


9.Responsible for customer complaint management and problem solving.


10.To interface with important customers, government authorities for on-site quality audit and significant quality complaint follow-ups.


11.Built up the structured supplier selection and management system. To decide the supplier selection as the key member of sourcing committee.


Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

1.Bachelor’s degree with technical background


2.8-10 years’ experience in overall quality experience and 3-5 years management experience of leading direct reporting team


3.QMS setup experience and internal audit skills


4.Familiar with WA (Wiring Accessory) products preferred


5.Familiar with WA product certification and application, including relevant certification audit


6.Experience in the process quality management of systematic project development


7.Familiar with software development process


8.Familiar with quality control process for intelligent hardware


9.Familiar with supplier audit skills


10.Familiar with quality tools application, such as 8D, FMEA, SPC and problem-solving practice

11.Familiar with WA product development and testing process and standard is preferred


12.Experience in OEM management is preferred


13.Experience in injection molding and stamping process is a plus


14.Good quality sense and business mindset


15.Manage tasks with flexibility, foresight and logical thinking


16.Good communication and interpersonal skills


17.Good English speaking, reading and writing skills


18.Flexibility on travelling
