Siemens Logistics Spain is hiring a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist under a temporay contract and reporting to HR Director.
The responsibilities are: .
Coordinate the whole payroll process.
Collective Bargain Agreement control and adaptation to payroll process.
Payroll controlling and accounting activities.
HR Operations SAP main user and coordination of remaining projects open
Back up of personal administration tasks which includes expenses and travel control.
Industrial relations support.
Applicant's Profile: Studies: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business, Law or Finance
Proficiency in English Language and Sap User knowledge.
Professional experience as Payroll or HR Operations related activities between 3-5 years.
