Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
  • Support Beijing and Shenyang Offices to get to know market transparency and market intelligence; 支持北京办事处和沈阳办事处,对北京、东三省、内蒙古等区域进行市场调查,收集市场信息;
  • Implement regional development plan, strategic actions and budget plan to ensure the distribution system performance on track with Business Target Agreement;负责执行区域市场拓展计划、战略行动和预算方案,确保配电产品销售目标的实现;
  • Develop project pipe line and follow up project with sales, and support front-line sales in pre-sales phase;建立项目信息渠道,配合区域销售跟进项目,协助前端销售提供售前技术支持;
  • Regularly review design-in / spec-in project with sales by region  and keep follow up with status;与区域销售人员一起定期审查项目中的设计/规格,并跟踪状态;
  • Develop indirect channel business in region / office to ensure the performance on track; 负责区域/办事处间接渠道业务的拓展以保证业绩目标的实现;
  • Support BU organization for product marketing activities and sales trainings;支持BU组织的产品市场活动和销售培训;
  • Regularly review pipeline status to make sure that relevant info. are timely updated in CRM tool together with sales. 定期检查信息渠道状态,与区域销售人员一起,在客户关系管理系统中及时进行信息更新。
What should I do to qualify the job?
  • University's degree; 本科及以上学历;
  • 3+ years working experience of sales or technical sales support in the field of electrical equipment manufacturing /power supply utility, etc.;3年以上电气设备制造/供电设施领域的销售或售前/售后技术支持工作经验;
  • Experience of independently developing projects and whole sales phase;有独立开发项目和整个销售阶段的经验;
  • Have knowledge of medium-voltage switchgears products;有中压开关柜相关产品知识;
  • Be familiar with AutoCAD;熟悉AutoCAD等软件工具;
  • Basic English language skills. 英语能基本读写。
