What are your main responsibilities?
  • Planning, creation, curation and distribution of content for usage on different platforms, channels (internal and external) and tools. Particular focus: content creation for external digital platforms. A bit of a journalist and of a writer (copywriter, storyteller);
  • Support to the development and implementation of campaigns, projects, communication initiatives (internal or external);
  • Working closely with Communication Business Partners and with the Global team (HQ), able to flex between local needs and central governance;
  • Build business acumen so to effectively align with business priorities, locally and globally to be business relevant;
  • Managing different stakeholders (ranging from internal to external like agencies) to develop projects/initiatives;

What do you need to qualify for this job?
  • Portuguese as mother tongue and proficiency in English;
  • Experience in creating content + visuals for social media is a plus;
  • Knowledge on Digital Tools, Amplification & Analytics is a plus (You’ll be asked to provide detailed analysis on performance of every project);
  • Ability to adapt content according to the specific needs of each channel/specification, namely social media channels;
  • Creative thinking, passion for content, tech savvy, creative and an eye for detail;
  • Ability to put the trends into Siemens context/helicopter view to spot communication opportunities for Siemens;
  • Strong planning skills and coordination capabilities – you’ll be involved in multiple projects, different channels/tactics,  with different complexity levels;
  • Social and cooperative skills (you will be managing different stakeholders and projects simultaneously, including remotely);
  • Proactive, self-organized.
