Global Service Product Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a Service Product Manager who will take responsibility for defining customer service portfolio that add real value to the customer's business in relation to Smart Infrastructure - Distribution Systems Unit Services! This role requires technical knowledge across the full spectrum of Distribution Systems storage with main focus on Site services as you are ultimately responsible to develop and implement a service strategy!

What are my responsibilities?

Optimize existing service products and / or develop new services. The focus is on on-site services (Inspection & Maintenance, Repairs, I&C) for our low and medium voltage equipment.

Develop the service product strategy for a service portfolio cluster and drive the implementation with an agreed budget.

Analyze the service-specific requirements from the market and implement them into service portfolio.

Take ownership for internal projects and drive them forward as an internal project manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of product management and initial experience in project management.
  • Experience in a global business environment.
  • Basic understanding of switching technology and ideally knowledge of the service business.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • Advanced in MS Office applications.
  • No restriction to travel in Turkey & abroad.
