Siemens Large Drive Applications (LDA) currently has an opportunity for a Global Key Account Manager to join the team based in Perth. Reporting into the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will identify, implement, and drive sales for key strategic clients across the globe.
The successful candidate will manage and support a key customer set within mining and construction. With the main objective to own and manage the C-suite relationships across all accounts globally, which will encompass strategically driving sales initiatives for cross-selling and upselling as well as entering entirely new customer segments.
You will develop market, region and customer-specific sales strategies and follow through on these strategies, helping Siemens to generate new business. Lead & execute field sales campaigns against targeted verticals. Taking a data-driven approach to sales steering. As well owning the organization of meaningful customer events and leading the development of localized content for sales enablement programs for the region. You will be customer obsessed, ensuring you take your customers on a journey.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a proven track record the management of large, global construction or mining organisations, as well as the ability to work across business units, countries, and portfolios to ensure collaboration. A technical understanding of Electric Motors, VSD’s, Drives and Automation products would be highly desirable but not essential.
