Commercial Specialist

Job Description

For our Large Drives Applications (LDA)  - Customer Services- Motor Repair Center in Kocaeli Gebze, we are looking for a Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for commercial and controlling activities.

What are my responsibilities?

• Commercial execution of motor repair centers in Gebze and Adana.
• Maintain conformity of the orders with commercial rules, standards, related law and tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly man hour charges, productivitiy report and calculate man hour rates.
• Follow up supplier invoices, web cycle process and open purchase orders by means of accounting principles such as timely booking of the transaction 
• Coordination of the monthly closing transaction (preparation of the accounting documents, preparation of the monthly commentary to the local Management)
• Coordination of the preparation for monthly and quarterly reports (report for volume, SG&A, profit, balance sheet, free cash flow, cost centers analyzing ), analyzing the deviations between the actual and plan values.
• Deal with budgeting and plan actual comparison of cost centers/ profit centers.
• Prepare and present project financial data for forecasting and budgeting, Project Review Meetings and/or financial audit purposes
• Support organizing and track dispatching operations with forwarding companies.
• Export & import documentation support and aligning with customs responsible in SCM 
• Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts with clients and suppliers
• Follow-up bank guarantees, accruals, provisions, receivables and payables, hedging transactions
• Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts with clients and suppliers
• Prepare documentation of public tenders.
• Close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field 
• Very good command of English.
• Very good command of MS Office applications and SAP.
• Basic knowledge of Turkish Tax, Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Accounting Standards and IFRS.
• Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies.
• Willing to learn and open for new ideas.
• Time Management skills 
• Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams
• Ability  to travel to customer locations and workshop in Gebze & Adana.

What else do I need to know?

• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
