Respond to questions from customers
Help customer to adopt the equipment to their daily work.
Provide basic training for new users
Provide advanced training for experienced user and help them make complicated measurements
Investigation, seeking solution and repair on site in case of failure
Investigate the SW/HW issue on site
Find the root cause by cooperating with development team in Europe
Evaluate for the best solution and repair the system on site
Equipment maintenance, annual inspection and calibration
Inspect and calibrate the system of support contract customers once a year
Check customer’s usage situation.
Frequent business travel to domestic customer is necessary. More than 50% of total working hours are assumed to be business trips.
