Business analyst and People manager, combined role

Job Description

We're offering a unique opportunity for a  Business analyst (Requirements engineer) to grow his/her expertise in people leadership.

Applicant would help our business representatives with transformation of requirements into Product Backlog Items on a smaller project, and on 50% of his/her capacity would start with developing people leadership skills with support or fellow managers. This will include personal/professional development of our colleagues as well as customer relationship management. The role of Requirements engineer will mid-term be decreased for applicant to fully focus on people leadership. Ideal candidate would be of flexible nature, good communicator, understanding sw development cycle, ability to work in corporate environment with drive to do certain things more lean and start up way.

Main responsibilities of requirements engineering part are:
• Collection, elicitation, evaluation and documentationof requirements
• Helping with prioritization while understanding the dependencies between the requirements with help of the development team
• Management of the issue backlog, navigating the development team in the backlog and preparing completion overview
• Coordination of the Scrumban team

Ideal candidate would have:
• 2+ years of experience with sw requirements definition
• Requirements engineer/Product owner training / certification
• Understanding of agile and Scrum (preferably trained / certified)
• English B2 or higher
• Analytical and problem solving thinking
• Aimed on business value delivery
• Understanding software development cycle
• Knowledge of UX best practices / interest in the topic
• Ability to manage relationships with the business partner and in the team
• Great communication skills
• Experience with Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2500EUR brutto /month + VAR*
