This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Manufacturing Engineer - Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for:

  • You will work closely with R&D to drive solutions to design issue related to field returns.
  • You will Implement New Ways of Working for managing of spare parts being returned from the field.
  • In your activities you will Develop, manage, and report on KPIs.
  • You will analyze and manage feedback from field service engineers.
  • You will be managing internal complaints for field troubleshooting or replacements during product install phase.
  • You will establish and maintain process for spare parts which need root cause investigations completed.

  • You will identify opportunities for improvement for both internal and external processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, support problem solving of complex production issues, and report on quality trends.
  • You should be proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite), statistical analysis skills using standard tools such as Microsoft Excel and Minitab, and organizational skills.
  • You should have experience problem solving and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • You will need to demonstrate the ability to make decisions, prioritize, and communicate effectively across multiple levels.
  • You will continuously improve and are passionate about working in the Medical Device Industry.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BS Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Chemical) is required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a Medical Device Industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
