Job Description

Mission/Position Headline:

The portfolio sales Professional for Low-voltage and Industrial Control Products is responsible for electrical product portfolio promotion in OEM, System Integrators and Panel builders’ markets. He maintains and expands relationships with assigned and new system integration partners in defined regional and verticals markets and identifies new potential customers. He is responsible for product promotion and providing the needed marketing and technical support and consulting for assigned customers.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Drive the development and implementation of the OEM and system integrator partners’ strategy to increase Siemens LV portfolio penetration in the market
  • Create customer development plans for focus customers 
  • Identify and follow-up project opportunities together with OEM, panel builders and system integrators
  • Provide customers technical support for industrial control products (circuit breakers, contactors, motor starters, motor management devices, etc.)
  • Be the first point of contact for external and internal customers for the assigned products portfolio
  • Benchmark the assigned products to competition and provide technical, pricing and positioning input 
  • Drive and implement the marketing and promotion activities for Industrial Control Products including portfolio technical trainings, seminars and webinars for customers
  • Focus on increasing installations at focus OEMs, system integrators and panel builders 
  • Product promotion at key OEM, system integrators and panel builders 
  • Support of portfolio-specific marketing campaigns
Experience & Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience within the electrical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
