Then come and join our global team as Headquarter Clinical Education Specialist (f/m/d) in syngo Multi-Modality Imaging to support our customers and Clinical Education Specialists worldwide in handling syngo.via and other syngo visualization software.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As a Headquarter Clinical Education Specialist (f/m/d) you coordinate and conduct global (on-site and/or virtual) customer and internal trainings for syngo.via Multi-Modality advanced applications and reporting, especially for our global VIP customers and generally for software introduction phases
  • Within our organization, you organize and deliver trainings to our Siemens Healthineers´ Application Specialists worldwide
  • You share your acquired experience about “best practice at the customer” as well as the use of new technologies with our international team of Application Specialists in the countries and pass this on in formal accredited trainings in the training centers
  • You participate in the development of e-learning materials (e.g. clinical scripting, media recordings)
  • On request you may also support congress demonstrations and may deliver customer demonstrations in the Siemens Healthineers Experience Center, virtually, or at reference sites/customer sites
  • You support the development/improvement of products and software in close alignment with the Business Lines Product Management Team (Define, R&D)
  • In addition, you will also participate in the product development process as a system tester, and provide material for the User documentation, whenever requested. Additionally, you will train customers on systems that are in the test phase as part of our product development process

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor degree in the field of medicine, medical science/technology or similar field
  • You have several years of clinical experience and extensive experience with Siemens Healthineers advanced post-processing systems, in particular syngo.via Routine Reading & Advanced Visualization solutions
  • We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree and many years of professional experience in the mentioned field. Applicants as MTRA or application specialist with further education and corresponding several years of substantial work experience are also welcomed
  • Wide experience in syngo.via multi-Modality is very advantageous. Knowledge about other imaging vendors is valuable
  • You are well acquainted with Multi-Modality Imaging systems such as Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Molecular Imaging and/or X-Ray Products and data pathways

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English and German (written & spoken) which enable you to communicate with international customers, business partners and colleagues and to develop innovative, future-oriented training strategies. Other languages are an advantage such as French, Spanish, Chinese or Portuguese
  • Your planning, organizational flair and your social skills form the basis for your willingness to travel and to work as part of an international team
  • You demonstrate exceptional communication skills together with savvy presenter/trainer expertise to round off your strong profile
  • You demonstrate passion in everything you do.  Therefore, you like to work independently as well as in a team, maintain open, binding communication and are experienced in dealing with de-escalation of conflict situations
  • You are interested in technology and new technological and medical trends to implement them in new training concepts
