About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the focal point within your nominated accounts to orchestrate support teams such as Pre-Sales, Specialist Product Sales whilst being a subject matter Expert and Consultants to evangelise the value of taking companies on their digitalisation journey. Whilst Understand the relevant Sales Campaigns, that define how our software solutions can solve real word problems within your nominated industry verticals.

You will appreciation of the major competitors, so effective competitive sales campaigns can be executed.

Area of Responsibility

  • Working as part of a team, building Initial value propositions to take to target accounts to grow a sustainable pipeline of new logo opportunities.
  • Managing a complete sales cycle for new opportunities / new logos to bid, win and close new software opportunities.
  • Orchestrate the various support teams within the nominated named accounts to ensure we expand our software footprint and the number of users of our software.
  • Understanding and build a positive client relationship with the key influencers and decision makers within the nominated named accounts.
  • Provide management information utilising Salesforce and Revergy for forecasts, pipeline and account plans.
  • Limited overseas travel to conduct reference visits and training.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably degree, however professional Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or Maintenance (In-Service) qualification acceptable.
  • Industry experience in Maintenance Support, preferably within the Naval or Energy sector.
  • Customer facing experience (selling), with demonstrable experience to demonstrate they are a good prospector.
  • Knowledge of the PLM market & technology is desirable, must be able to present highly technical solutions in a business context to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of selling IT Software into the Manufacturing, Energy or Defence Industry.
