1. Creat clinical marketing materials, include prepare clinical promotion materials, clinical competition and education;
2. Build and maintance reference sites and support customer visits. Include but not limited to Demo and on-site introduction,clinical case study, clinical/reference site brochure, clinical PPT preparation and presentation;
3. Presentation and demonstration of clinical applications and capabilities of systems during exhibitions, congresses, seminars, workshops, etc.
4. Support and/or coordinate CES team trouble shooting from clinical perspective;
5. Support and/or make clinical marketing related activities like workshop, webcast, wechat, etc. to enlarge SIEMENS MI influence;
6. Work with collaboration team and provide basic scentific support with published technologies, write academical book/papers for customers;

8. Team building in the next 2-3 years include recruiting and training newcomers, strenthen team spirit and enhance CM's internal training/cross-BU training and keep CM team's stability and growth;
9. Coordinate with other BL’s or teams from technical side to promote SIEMENS clinical solutions.
1. Familiar with Siemens MI product, including MI industry development situation/hardware and software/application and performance/scentific research and developing direction,etc.
2. Good consciousness of clincial marketing/ product marketing/sales, rich knowledges and practice of clincial medicine/radiology/computer/MI/medical images processing principles and methods;
3. Well know competitors' MI clinical features and development direction and well know how to beat competitors from clinical side;
4. Team spirit, good ability of cooperation and coordination;
5. Self-management&drievn/self-learning/very good communication skills with doctors.
