As Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) for Mendix Solutions in Germany you succeed in the
interaction between customers and project teams to make engagement succesfull to
generate further opportunities and replicable portfolio and process elements.

Your Responsibilities:
As Service Delivery Manager for the Mendix Solutions Team in Germany, you develop and
grow relationships across service field teams and customers alike.
You thrive to make customers happy by managing and tailoring running and future
engagements, based on customer needs.

At the same time, you allow your consultant colleagues to run exciting projects efficiently.
Insights into running and past engagements allow you to discern technical portfolio
elements and process best-practice, that can be standardized for re-usage.

The same practice allows you to lead Request for Paper responses for future project
delivery requirements. You use your insights and network to support the hiring process for our rapidly growing

Your profile:
  • 5+ years of professional services experience, including experience in project or engagement management.
  • You have great people skills. You have the ability to deal with people in a friendly and effective way that achieves good results.
  • A demonstrable tech or industry background is desirable. Insights into how enterprises, software development and business software platforms work will be a key enabler for your success.
  • You share your opinion and act decisively. You are not afraid to create plans, substantiate them, and put them into action.
  • You have great analytical and organization skills and oversee the whole project.
  • You have some experience with the Mendix platform or think you can build this experience quickly.
