Drives and supports all Lean activities in the defined area of responsibility. Update related information timely(routine time\PUMA measure…)
Deploys standards and description of methods and processes and develops respective documentation.
Analyze processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions, controls and supports the implementation.
Consults operations staff and accountable management in Lean topics, and derives Lean opportunities.
Monitors and tracks improvements triggered by Lean programs, evaluates effectiveness and/or costs/benefits of the improvements, and provides respective reporting to all stakeholders.
Prepares, distributes and trains subject and method knowledge, and shares about best practices. Hold meetings, workshops.
Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with LEAN.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Bachelor degree, major in IE, technics, management and/or economics.
3-5years’ work experience in lean area.
CET-4 or above, fluent oral and written English.
Good coordination and cooperation ability.
