What part will you play?
Own a portfolio of IT Infrastructure services (ca. 30 services) and be the "technical expert" for your service domain. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
o Oversee service delivery, take accountability, and report performance (Service Levels. KPIs and Costs) of each individual IT service.
o Building strong partnership relationships with our providers, IT business partners and our business stakeholders.
o Manage ongoing IT Initiatives and onboard changes on a controlled fashion to the Siemens Financial Services world.
o Drive any regulatory and compliance related topics together with our Provider Management and Risk and Compliance chapters.
o Escalate performance related issues and customer complaints to service owners and proactively discuss with the associate providers our customer demands.
o Take ownership of all major incidents and represent SFS IT at the crisis meetings. Communicate status updates to SFS IT management and business stakeholders.
o Provide accurate and regular performance and consumption reports to the management upon periodically and upon request.
To make a difference, you must have:
o Min 3 years of experience in similar role.
o Experience in dealing with third party-provided services.
o Exceptional customer-facing and leadership skills.
o In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
o Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
o Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills.
o Knowledge of ITIL principles, DevOps and Project Management methodologies
o Excellent English, verbal and written, language skills.
