Job Description

Mission:
Achieve sales target in the planned field of responsible area, establish and maintain a good c relationship with SU&BU. Cooperate with SU sales to win order.
完成所负责区域内的销售目标,与产品部门及销售部门建立并保持良好的客户关系。配合区域销售赢得订单。

What are my responsibilities?
Fulfil sales target with HLJ&JL DCP products.
协助完成黑龙江和吉林的DCP销售任务。
Cooperate with SU sales to win order.
配合区域销售赢得订单。
Independent market analysis ability, make detailed marketing plan.
独立的市场分析能力,制定详细的市场推广计划。
Initiation / drafting of tenders, assurance of proper technical 
起草标书,有技术储备。
Translation of the requirements analysis conducted with customers/prospects into solution strategies, to support the business of our customers to enable them in turn to be successful.
依据客户需求制定方案,满足客户业务要求,成功实施。
Analysis of pre-sales activities by successes and order losses and drawing conclusions for sales approach, to continuously optimize sales processes.
工作中总结分析订单的输赢情况,总结方法,优化流程。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor or above, Automation related majors, has knowledge of industry communication & power
本科以上学历。自动化相关专业,有工业网络及电源知识储备。
• At least 3 years experience in automation and electrical engineering.
3年以上工业领域工作经验
• Good coordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skill
良好的协调能力,严谨的工作态度和良好的沟通技巧

• Able to work under pressure.
能够在压力下工作。
• Flexibility of frequent business trip.
