Job Description

Mission:
Achieve sales target in the planned field of responsible area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship with customers. Cooperate with SU sales to win order.
完成所负责区域内的销售目标,与客户建立并保持良好的客户关系。配合区域销售赢得订单。

What are my responsibilities?
Fulfil sales target with PAPI products.
完成仪表的销售任务。
Cooperate with SU sales to win order
配合区域销售赢得订单。
Direct approach to the end users and EPC in specific industry branch.
特殊行业直接接触业主和EPC客户
Initiation / drafting of tenders, assurance of proper technical and contractual handling.
可以起草标书,有技术储备及合同处理能力
Translation of the requirements analysis conducted with customers/prospects into solution strategies, to support the business of our customers to enable them in turn to be successful.
依据客户需求制定方案,满足客户业务要求,成功实施。
Initiation of order confirmation and order processing, trigger implementation.
制作订单及执行
Analysis of pre-sales activities by successes and order losses and drawing conclusions for sales approach, to continuously optimize sales processes.
工作中总结分析订单的输赢情况,总结方法,优化流程。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor or above, Automation related majors, has knowledge of industry automation, electrical.
          本科及以上学历,仪器仪表相关专业,具有工业自动化、电气相关知识。
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and knowledge of PAPI products application in Machinery, etc.
           机械基础知识,仪表产品在设备装置的应用知识等。
• At least 3 years sales working experience in automation and electrical engineering.
3年以上自动化和电气工程销售工作经验。
• Good coordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skill
良好的协调能力,严谨的工作态度和良好的沟通技巧。
• Able to work under pressure.
能够在压力下工作。
• Flexibility of frequent business trip.
适应经常出差
