Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities:


1. Breakdown sales target, coach the team to meet (over achieve) territory sales target, improve the profits (turnover, CCR, A/R) (Full)


2. Analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with supervisor and react according to market(Full)


3. Support BP management and coordinate with other departments(Shared)


4. Make yearly sales forecast and planning by sub-region (Full)


5. Support market research on the sales front and the corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT Department and Technical Support(Support)


6. guide the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise(Full-Sub-region Scope)


7. Keep close contacts with key customers, including new customer acquisitions (Full-Sub-region Scope)


8. Make sure team members to manage the project process and complies with all applicable reporting standards and then continouesly improve(Full-Sub-region Scope)


9. Establish and develop service sales team in sub region in line with the requirement of CS sales business(Full-Sub-region Scope)


10. Team Competence development(Full-Sub-region Scope)


11. Make sub-region sales workforce planning  based on business coverage


 


Your qualifications and experience:


You should have bachelor degree or above


>= 8 years' sales or related working experience in healthcare industry. Internal promotion, tenure in Siemens >=6 yrs
