Job Description

What are my Responsibilities?
• Providing optimum solutions for escalation calls coming from regions / customers 
• Should be enthusiastic, able to support technical queries coming from regions independently.
• Supporting regions in offering and implementing Digitalization solutions.
• Supporting regions with technical inputs for execution of retrofits/ Digitalization projects

What do i need to qualify for this job?
• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ electronics Engineering
• 12-18 years of experience in field service of Machine Tool Industry
• Knowledge about commissioning of Sinumerik controls systems drives and motors is must.
• Willing for extensive travelling at short notice.
