You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by TC!

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements, understand existing information technology infrastructure and determine customer business needs as part of the sales effort.
  • Referring to others for information where necessary, select appropriate suites of technology, and develop proposals for customer solution process improvements which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness of the overall solution within the context of the customer's business.
  • Lead the contribution to sales pursuit milestones for small to medium engagements.
  • Define, build and deliver SISW project pilot environments.
  • Respond to customer Requests for Proposal / Requests for Information, in support of the sales effort.
  • Work with customers and SISW product development team to apply existing technologies to new solution domains.
  • Capture and communicate customer, industry and sales needs to marketing and product development.
  • Utilizing advanced knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation, prepare and deliver customized demonstrations of SISW products and solutions to customers in support of selling efforts.
  • Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of SISW products and solutions and answer questions on capabilities and usage and solve sales and customer problems.
  • Communicate industry and solution requirements to product development, where appropriate interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for PLM business value and the development of meaningful and best in class value propositions in multiple solution domains.
  • Communicate sales, presales and customers needs to other internal organizations such as operations management, product development and marketing.
  • Contribute to the plan, definition, adjustment, build & delivery of PreSales Standard improvements / Know How regarding (Sub-)Domain Value Argumentation and/or Industry/Process Best Practices
  • Own Improvement and expert usage of presales tools and methods for an industry segment within specific country or zone operations, as part of a global practice.
Required skills, knowledge and experience
  • +3 years of experience in TC as a user.
  • Having product development experience in A&D, Automotive, Electrics and Electronics industries is a huge plus!
  • Knowledge in TC core functionality such as BOM management, data management, WF design, rights management, variability management (product configurator).
  • Excellent knowledge in TC administration: installation, data model administration, technical configuration.
  • User experience in NX-TC integration and configuration is a huge plus!
  • Methodologies knowledge and practice in product design is a plus.
