Customer Success Automations Manager

Job Description

The Customer Success Automations Manager will be instrumental in building new digital experiences that enable In-App customer success journeys to accelerate customer onboarding and adoption of Siemens software. This is a brand new position that provides the opportunity to influence and shape future success. It’s an engaging and demanding role that will test your creative, technical, and learning abilities to the max.

The role is based within our Customer Success CX team and will use WalkMe to build exceptional customer success experiences across our digital adoption practice, product engineering, stakeholders, and external partners. The successful candidate must have technical know-how and expertise in the areas of web application development practices and methods, HTML, and CSS. Experience using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools, JavaScrip and jQuery is a plus. The right candidate also has experience or can demonstrate aptitude and passion in envisioning and creating well-organized, engaging digital customer experiences, such as UX/UI experience, interactive content planning and/or development.

What we need from you:
  • Experience in SaaS application development, directly or indirectly
  • Strong grasp of web application development practices and methods
  • A working understanding of HTML and CSS is required, experience developing or modifying either is highly desirable
  • Quality assurance/testing and troubleshooting skills to ensure implemented functionality is working as intended
  • Experience working with data and systems integrations
  • Knowledge or experience in using data to analyze performance of digital content, for example web or email metrics or other kinds of data analysis
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge or practice of Digital Adoption experiences such as WalkMe, Pendo, Whafix, etc. is desirable
  • Familiarity or direct experience in Javascript and jQuery is a plus
  • User Experience (UX) and/or Customer Experience (CX) work is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, leading technical implementation meetings and providing troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues on multiple projects at a time.
  • Good decision-making skills, ability to analyze requirements, and ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Strong technical skills and a desire to grow those skills
